Rome, Italy

Would you like a place to go where you’ll never run out of things to do?  Visit Rome!  We spent five days here and barely scratched the surface.  There was so. Much. To see. And even more to eat!  The city is a sprawling mecca of winding brick roads that turn into alleys and hidden gems for local cuisine.  There are ruins around so many parts of the city that it’s difficult to forget how old Rome really is.  Even today, they continue to find ruins under the city since Romans have built over fallen structures for centuries.  Much like Venice, Rome has so much character and beauty in her worn exteriors and impressive structures.  I couldn’t get enough and I look forward to the day when I can get lost in her dizzying streets again.
